Valore D’s commitment to institutions

Since its foundation, Valore D has worked to establish and maintain a constant dialogue with local, national and European institutions, with a view to contributing in the definition of a regulatory framework aimed towards supporting female employment. Through the promotion of the principles of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and the implementation of an approach targeted at the development of policies with a tangible impact on society, the association is today considered a serious, reliable and responsible institutional partner, with the ability to provide data, know-how and best practices to its member companies, which can in turn be encouraged to construct public policies and provisions on the issues of empowerment and support for female employment.

From the introduction of gender quotas on executive boards, to compulsory paternity leave; from policies for training and for combating stereotypes in schools to non-financial reporting; from the tax exempting of company benefits to smart working, all the way to gender certification. These are just some of the most recent legislative operations that Valore D has been involved in, making a positive impact on the social and cultural journey towards greater gender equality in the world of work.
