Promoting diversity on corporate boards to drive innovation and growth

An executive education programme that includes targeted training, discussion and networking with experts, coaching and self-empowerment workshops. Created in 2012 by Valore D with the aim of driving and promoting the inclusion of talented women on boards of directors, InTheBoardroom has helped train over 240 participants to date. 46% of them have had a career development and 48% have joined a board of directors.

Now in its seventh edition, the programme has been renovated in 2018.

Along with its project partners (global firms Egon ZehnderGeneral ElectricLinklaters and a new entry, London Stock Exchange Group), Valore D has started InTheBoardroom 4.0, a course designed to meet the boards’need for digital transformation skills, which are a crucial challenge for any company and therefore for any board. The training programme, divided into ten full-day sessions that run from May 2018 to March 2019, tackles governance, legal issues, and compliance as well as topics closely linked to digital transformation, robotic automation, cyber risk.
