How is Valore D’s governance structure organized?
Which corporate bodies constitute the Valore D association Since its inception, Valore D’s organizational chart has been marked out by its inclusivity – a feature that distinguishes the organization to this day and remains one of its greatest sources of pride.
Signing the articles of association, on 6 March 2009, were 12 leading companies (either headquartered in Italy or with a presence in Italy): AstraZeneca, Enel, Ikea, Intesa Sanpaolo, Consorzio Johnson&Johnson, Luxottica, McKinsey&Company, Microsoft, Nuovo Pignone, Standard&Poor’s – The McGraw-Hill Companies, UniCredit and Vodafone.
Since then, the Governance structure has evolved to keep pace with the exponential growth of the impact of the issues of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within companies and in the country as a whole.
