An innovative tool for the measurement of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
The Inclusion Impact Index Plus is Valore D’s tool that makes it possible for any organization to map and measure its policies on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. It is constituted by two parts: a quantitative section that provides an analysis on the gender and generational equality of the organization, and a qualitative section that pinpoints the company’s position on global inclusion, analyzing the organization’s policies with respect to six different aspects of diversity.

A free tool, available to all companies, which can be compiled at any time and serves to prepare the organization for gender certification through the drafting of two reports on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the company.
The “Inclusion Impact Index” compiles and analyzes the organization’s figures on gender and generational parity on the basis of international standards for measuring and reporting on sustainability.
