Share and engage to grow together: cross-company mentorship

Mentoring is a developmental methodology to enable the inclusion of diversity and to promote the growth of individuals through a series of one-on-one sessions between Mentors (people with substantial experience) and Mentees (people with less experience), who belong to different member companies 8 months, and involves the sharing of experiences, know-how and skills that are useful for personal, professional and social growth.

The cross-company mentorship offer

Valore D offers three courses that have what it takes to accelerate learning and bolster transversal skills, while creating a community of Mentors and Mentees in the process a community of Mentors and Mentees.

DPLUS

A course dedicated to executives. It includes 6-8 meetings between Mentor and Mentee, along with a group coaching session to share strengths and critical areas.

POWER

An activity organized across a series of 6-8 meetings between Mentor and Mentee, intended for middle managers responsible for managing team hierarchies, complex projects and budgets.

WEFLY

An international course in English that includes initial training sessions and a monthly session managed by the Mentor and the Mentee, who have the constant support of dedicated coaches for methodological and critical evaluations.
