Just a few minutes, the time to enjoy a cup of coffee, is all it takes to discover a new perspective on current issues concerning diversity. It is a place for engagement, overflowing with ideas, to spark new conversations that can drive an ever-inclusive form of leadership.
The podcast arose out of the network’s CEO community, with a view to involving an ever-increasing number of managers in an advocacy project geared towards the issue of inclusion in relation to human resources, institutional stakeholders and the media. Thanks to a special guest, every episode is targeted at creating new spaces for engagement and discussion on how DEI can change the corporate world, by means of the sharing of ideas on all those issues that concern not only business but also the wellbeing of the people who work within and for companies.
