The principles of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion – as well as the criteria of governance and environmental and social sustainability – are subject to ever-increasing scrutiny on the part of organizations’ investors, clients and human resources departments. They are at the centre of the public and political debate, and constitute a compass for steering the choices of global development and commitment being taken by every company.
Contributing to the development of an inclusive culture of diversity is one of Valore D’s priorities, and is made possible thanks in part to the support of the governance structures of the networked companies, which grasp the importance of this ongoing challenge.
To project themselves into the future, organizations must become increasingly aware of the importance of social innovation in defining corporate value. It is for this reason that the CEO Community was created. It is an initiative of Valore D’2 network of ambassador leaders, which undertakes directly to promote within organizations and wider society a raft of policies focused on gender and inclusivity, as well as highly developed models of governance, all of which are geared towards achieving sustainable growth and an inclusive corporate culture.
