Choices is Valore D’s podcast that tells stories about diversity in society and in the world of work, with the objective of inspiring a wide range of people and driving an inclusive culture, free from stereotypes.
Retracing experiences, careers and events, the podcast “Choices” pays tribute to the ability of individuals to decide and act beyond conventions. In every episode, an individual tells their own story, focusing on the choices that have been essential in steering their own paths.

Choices is written and presented by Annalisa Monfreda and Montserrat Fernandez Blanco, who over the course of the first 15 episodes recorded interviews with Elvina Finzi, Maririta Costanza, Elisa Pagliarani, Licia Troisi, Carolina Guidetti, Arianna Muti, Teresa Fornaro, Cristiana Scelza, Gianrico and Giorgia Carofiglio, Charity Dago, Lara Lago, Giulia Lamarca, Tsanim Ali, Protopapa and Francesco Ferreri.
